Ask for the sanctioned building plan and environmental clearances from the competent authority.
Ask to see confirmation of the Trump brand licence for this specific project and the name of the developer entity.
Make sure carpet area, parking, floor, possession date and amenity schedule appear in the agreement for sale.
Match the payment plan to construction milestones and confirm payments go to the RERA escrow account.
Get maintenance, IFMS, club membership and parking charges in writing before booking.
