Trump-branded residences in India are developed by local real estate companies under a brand licence, with Tribeca Developers acting as The Trump Organization’s India partner. The developer for Trump Vasundhara is yet to be announced.
The Trump Organization does not usually build its Indian projects itself. Instead, its India licensing partner, Tribeca Developers, works with established local developers who design, build and sell the homes under the Trump brand. Over the past decade this model has delivered or launched Trump Towers in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurugram and Noida, with further projects announced in cities such as Hyderabad.
For Trump Vasundhara in Ghaziabad, the development partner, brand-licence details and project entity have not yet been officially disclosed. Once announced, they will appear on the project’s UP RERA registration. Until then, see the project highlights, master plan and our guide to branded residences in Delhi NCR.

A brand’s track record is a useful reference, but it does not replace project-level due diligence — always verify RERA registration, sanctioned plans, the developer entity and the agreement for sale before booking.
